This retreat brings together many sacred traditions from across the globe. Your journey will take you to the ancient land of Türkiye, the seat of modern civilization. We will be staying in the hills of Ephesus and experience the rich spirit of 2500 years of human history. 

Yoga Shala

This beautiful yoga shala is where we will practice yoga, meditation and experience real transformation. Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided.

Located in the heart of Ephesus, the private retreat is in the magnificent scenery of the ancient Ephesus Hills, near Türkiye’s Aegean Coast. Nestled in the forest, situated on the slopes 400 meters above Ephesus, the retreat offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Aegean region. It is a perfect setting for inspiration, self-reflection and transformation.

Cristina Garcia

Yoga + Meditation

Cris grew up on the outskirts of Mexico City, she always felt a strong connection to the natural world around her, the ancient civilizations so prevalent in her culture and spirituality. Later in life, after completing a Psychology degree in 2001, she discovered Ashtanga Yoga, which became her personal form of therapy. Soon realizing that she wanted to help others by sharing this amazing, ancient self-healing lifestyle. She is also continuously learning from a diversity of yoga schools such as Inyengar, Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa; as well as spiritual healing processes, meditation practices, nutritional sciences, metaphysics… and much more. It has taken her many years to change her habits and have a happier, healthier, more conscious and spiritual life. It has been a long process for which she feels deeply grateful. She is empathic and sensitive, qualities that help her to understand and guide you through a variety of healing processes. She has always loved to bring awareness and consciousness to people, helping them enter a new way of life more connected to not only the nature around us, but also our own personal nature.

Leman Aydemir

Embodied Hatha Flow

Leman, a London-based yoga teacher, currently based in Köyceğiz Turkey, discovered her passion for yoga in London in 1996. She came to yoga after years of working in universities in London which left her burnt out and sick. Leman’s teaching path officially began in 2016 when she embarked on her yoga journey in India, completing her initial 200-hour Hatha Yoga training. Since 2016, her global Yoga journey has taken her to numerous workshops and trainings across London, as well as immersive experiences in India, Bali, Asia, and Australia. In 2023, she further deepened her practice with an advanced 300-hour Embodied Movement Yoga training in India. She is teaching Embodied Hatha Flow in London, India and Turkey. Leman’s approach to Yoga integrates the fluidity of Hatha flow with embodied functional movement, incorporating modern insights into mobility, strength, and fascia, reflecting a contemporary approach to Yoga that prioritises exploration, connection with the body, and awareness of natural functional movement over rigid poses and postures. Through her classes and private one-to-one sessions, she empowers her students to find their own unique intuitive expression through somatics and dance-inspired movement improvisation in her Embodied Hatha Flow approach, inviting you to playfully explore and freely dance within your yoga flow.

Jenna Page

Whirling Dance Meditation

Jenna is a multifaceted professional in the realms of dance, Pilates, yoga, and massage therapy. Her journey into the world of movement and healing began at the tender age of 4, where she discovered her passion for dance. Over the years, Jenna has immersed herself in various dance forms, including classical Odissi, Persian, and Central Asian dances. Her love for dance has taken her around the globe, studying and teaching in Bali, India, Greece, Turkey, and Japan. She continues to perform as a senior dancer with Nava Dance Collective directed by Miriam Peretz. In addition to her extensive dance background, Jenna holds certifications as a Polestar Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher, and Hendrickson Method Practitioner, accumulating over 20 years of experience in these disciplines. Rooted in a nurturing environment of yoga and healing arts during her upbringing, Jenna embarked on her teaching journey with Anusara Yoga certification in 2004, followed by massage therapy training at the Southwest Institute of the Healing Arts in 2005. Beyond her professional practice, Jenna derives joy from outdoor pursuits in sunny San Diego such as hiking, paddleboarding, mountain biking, and backpacking. On Happiness Retreat: Join Jenna for a special sacred dance moving meditation, drawing upon traditional practices rooted in Sufi ritual, whirling, and Alevi Bektashi Sema dances. Together, we will embark on an embodied journey of oneness through dance, poetry and prayer, deepening our connection to our breath, our hearts, and the divine.

Natalie Guzman

Sound Healing + Breathwork

Natalie is a certified badass with a big heart. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California; she left the fashion industry in 2014 to be a dedicated yoga teacher. For a decade now, she has taught yoga, meditation and facilitated private ceremonies. She understands the mind is a powerful tool in self healing. With the use of crystal bowls, movement, and breath amazing transformations are possible. Come enjoy her nurturing presence and feel how she pours love into everything she does.

Pricing & Accommodation

To reserve your room a non refundable $500 deposit is required. The remaining balance is collected 30 days prior to the retreat. If you’d like to be paired with a specific roommate, please indicate so in the reservation.

Standard Double Occupancy Room $2995 

Each room is furnished with individual beds, bathroom, air conditioning, and kettle with a selection of coffee and tea. 
This is a shared room with another tribe member.  Price is per person. 

Premium Double Occupancy $3195

This more spacious room is furnished with individual beds, bathroom, air conditioning, porch, and kettle with a selection of coffee and tea.  
This is a shared room with another tribe member.  Price is per person.

Standard Single Occupancy $3395

This private room is furnished for one person. Bed bathroom, air conditioning, and kettle with a selection of coffee and tea
This is a solo room, for a solo tribe member. If a couple are attending they will need to book a double occupancy room.

Premium Single Occupancy $3595

This spacious private room is furnished with one double bed, sofa, bathroom, air conditioning, porch, and kettle with a selection of coffee and tea. This is a solo room, for a solo tribe member. If a couple are  attending they will need to book a double occupancy room.
